About TruckSetu: TruckSetu is a transport and logistics application for India. It helps clients, transporters, truck owners and drivers post and respond to freight jobs, negotiate rates, chat about trips, assign drivers, and manage related business work. Phone OTP login is used only to secure your account.
Our promise: your data stays with you
- We do not sell your data — not phone numbers, rates, party names, or chat.
- Job details go only to groups you choose — not to the whole internet.
- OTP / SMS is for login and account security, not for spam marketing.
- Your business records (loads, quotations, documents) stay in your account.

1. What this app does
- Post and receive transport job offers within trusted groups
- Share quotations and counter-offers until a transporter is hired
- Chat about a specific job
- Assign trucks / drivers when needed
- Optional trip location sharing only when you turn it on for a trip
- Business helpers such as quotations, letters and GR-related tools
2. What we collect (summary)

3. Who can see your information
- You — your full account and business tools
- People in groups / deals you choose — only what that job needs
- Nobody else — no public user directory, no sale to advertisers
4. Phone / SMS OTP
When you register or log in, we may send a one-time code by SMS (for example via Firebase Phone Authentication) so only you can open your TruckSetu account. We do not use this channel to sell your number or send unrelated marketing SMS.
5. Your control
- You choose which groups receive a job
- You can stop location sharing any time
- You may request account deletion from the app or by emailing support
